Q: How does the process work?

Q: How much do you pay?

A: It depends on the house. We understand that every house is unique and so we look at the area, market condition, possible repairs the house needs, etc. in determining our offer.

Q: How quickly can I get my money?

A: Usually we close in 9 days or less. We can close in as short as 3 or 4 days depending on whether you want to go faster and get the ball rolling today.
